- The sheriff of Nottingham captured Little John and Robin Hood and imprisoned them in his maximum security dungeon. Maid Marian begged the Sheriff for their release, pleading her love for Robin. The Sheriff agreed to release them only if Maid Marian spent the night with him. To this she agreed.
The next morning the Sheriff released his prisoners. Robin asked that Marian tell him how she persuaded the Sheriff to let them go free. Marian told the truth, and was bewildered when Robin said that he never wanted to see her again. At this, Little John defended her, inviting her to leave Sherwood with him and promising life-long devotion. She accepted and they rode away together. Now in terms of realistic every-day standards of behavior, put Robin, Marian, Little John and the Sheriff in the order in which you consider they showed the most morality and honesty (from most moral to least moral). | Pour ma part je dirais : - Citation :

D'une part parce que je comprend parfaitement le sacrifice qu'a pu faire Marian,ce n'était pas immoral, c'est le Shérif qui est immoral. Elle n'a pas proposé cela en échange de la vie de Robin, elle lui a seulement demandé de l'épargner. Après, elle avait le choix entre laisser Robin mourir ou lui sauver la vie en sacrifiant une parti de son honneur. A sa place, aussi répugnante que puisse me paraître l'idée, je n'aurais pas hésité si c'est pour sauver la personne que j'aime. Ensuite, Petit Jean ne cherche qu'à protéger Marian et à la rendre heureuse. Il s'est peut-être un peu "servi" du fait que Robin l'ait rendu malheureuse, mais il n'a rien fait de malhonnête en soi. Robin me déçoit particulièrement parce qu'il n'a pas compris que Marian l'aimait au point de sacrifier tout ce qu'elle avait pour qu'il vive, lui... L'abandonner comme ça est une chose terrible puisqu'il disait l'aimer. A la place de Marian, cela m'aurait briser le cœur... Résultat : - Citation :
- Je suis considérée comme une personne heureuse, bien équilibrée qui aime les gens et est aimée par les autres. Je remets en question la validité de la plupart des points de vue conventionnels sur la moralité dans chaque circonstance. J'ai des hauts standards sur les hommes à qui je donne mon amour.
Pas si faux que ça... Je suis quelqu'un de très ouvert d'esprit et je remet en question beaucoup de choses pour trouver ce qui semble le plus juste. Parfois, les choses ne sont pas ce qu'elle semble... Que Robin n'ait pas fait confiance à Marian, qu'il n'ait pas cru aveuglément à son amour... Pff.. Comme si elle pouvait apprécier le Shérif. >__<

Marian s'est sacrifiée en acceptant de coucher avec le shérif pour sauver la personne qu'elle aime; je trouve qu'il n'y a pas de plus beau sacrifice. Le comportement de Robin est un peu étrange certes, même si elle a fait ça pour le protéger, c'est vrai que ça reste un peu ... gore XD Petit Jean profite trop de la situation (de mon point de vue) et le Shérif, on sait tous pourquoi il est en dernier, hein?
